Shipping and Returns

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground. Because we are a small company, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped. Returns may take 5-7 business days to be processed once approved. Please e-mail the studio within 10 days of delivery of package to receive a return authorization. Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to Marem within 7 days of authorization. All returned and exchanged products must be in unworn and unused condition with all original tags attached. We do not provide return shipping labels, and customers are responsible for any return and exchange shipping costs.
